Each path’s first threshold is a few small steps: you learn something, try something and write your own note. You can try without an account; sign in and your progress and notes are kept.
How it works
Each path takes one subject from its most basic place and tells you up front what you will be able to do at the end.
A real beginning of a few minutes: you learn, you try, you write your first note.
You move stage by stage: observations, trials, short records. Your place waits for you; a pause breaks nothing, because there is no streak.
At the end, the path’s seal is added to My Spiritual Journey. Not a certificate — a memory that you passed through.
Insight does not tell you what to believe; it shows you how to observe. Tradition, fact and your own experience are kept apart at every step.

Over the years a wide archive has gathered here — stones, dreams, the pendulum, meditation, older teachings. And at some point I noticed that the abundance of knowledge does not always help; sometimes it simply leaves a person standing still. Because the real difficulty is not reaching information. It is knowing where to begin.
That is exactly why Path of Insight exists.
I will not tell you what to think. I will only open a door and make what lies beyond it a little more visible. Each path begins with one subject and unfolds step by step.
When you choose a path, you do not have to finish everything in a night. You move at your own pace. When you complete a stage you say "I did it," and the journey waits where you left it, without judgment.
There is no race here. Who finished first, who is at a more "advanced" level — none of that matters. Insight is not being ahead of other people. It is seeing a little more clearly within yourself today something you could not see yesterday.
